Parking
On weekdays, park in the Parking Garage that is located at 2 South Cameron Street on the corner of Cameron and Boscawen Streets.   On weekends, use the metered lot that is located just past the building at 2 North Cameron Street (across the street from the parking garage).  There is no charge for meters on the weekends.  Cross Cameron Street to Rouss Avenue next to City Hall.  The Old Court House Civil War Museum will be on your right with the entrance facing the Loudoun Street walking mall.
Routes into Winchester
From the South on Route 11 Follow Rt. 11 S. and turn right on Millwood Ave.  (Route 50 E.)  At the second light, turn left onto Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after about seven blocks, and the metered lot on your right after eight blocks. From the North on Route 11  Follow Rt. 11 N. which eventually becomes Braddock St.  Turn left at Cork St., then left at the second light on Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after one block, and the metered lot on your right after two blocks. From the East on Route 50 or from I-81 exit 313 Follow Rt. 50 W. which turns into Millwood Ave. Turn right onto Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after about seven blocks and the metered lot on your right after eight blocks. From From the West on Route 50  Follow Rt. 50 E. which turns into Amherst St. then into Braddock St. (a right turn).  Turn left at Cork St., then left at the second light on Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after one block, and the metered lot on your right after two blocks. From the East on Route 7  Follow Rt. 7 W. which turns into Berryville Ave. then into National Ave. then into Piccadilly St.  Turn left at Kent St. and after two blocks, turn right on to Cork St.  In the next block turn right onto Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after one block, and a metered lot on your right after two blocks. Follow Rt. 7 W. which turns into Berryville Ave. then into National Ave. then into Piccadilly St.  Turn left at Kent St. and after two blocks, turn right on to Cork St.  In the next block turn right onto Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after one block, and a metered lot on your right after two blocks. From the East on 522 Follow Rt. 522 W. which turns into Fairmont Ave. and then Piccadilly St.  Then turn right onto Braddock St.  Turn left at Cork St., then left at the second light on Cameron St.  The Court Square parking garage will be on your right after one block, and the metered lot on your right after two blocks.
