Location: From NE corner go south 45 inches, up 34 inches (Picture??)
CW data base states that this soldier was captured 8/22/64 at Charlestown VA. This would have been Early’s pursuit after Second Kernstown. I am pretty sure this is our man, need to confirm file from National Archives
