Location: From SE corner go north 147 inches, up 36 inches,

Check Virginia archive record. There is a prison roster there that lists many of our prisoners sent to Libby and Columbia. We might be able to figure out some of these names working at it from this direction. There are two entries left at this point in the chart of officers that we have not identified.  It appears that this group got special treatment because they were officers, so if we can find the officers that landed in prison, captured in Winchester during mid July 1863, we may be able to get it by process of elimination.  Need to go to Virginia state archives and take a look at this.
