Civil War database indicates he mustered in 3/1/65. He may be another occupation provost guard. He enlisted March 1, 1865, is shown June 1865 as absent Winchester, discharged Winchester July 19, 1865. It appears he took quarters in the courthouse in 1865 as a provost guard
